First, I have my holiday from 19th of August and I would like to spend 10 days in Hanioti. The dates are not fixed. I'm looking for a room (studio) for two adults, my wife and me, and one child our daughter (4).

Our requirements are as follows:
- Private villa (not a semi detached to another one);
- The Total area of the villa can be between 100 and 200 sq m;
- Private land of about 400 - 1000 sq m;
- Swimming pool is not compulsory but prefferable;
- Direct and unobstructed sea view;
- Close to a Sandy beach (up to 200 meters distance from the beach);
- It could be a part of a multi villas development with a common security, playgrounds, etc.;
- The villa should be completed and not under construction.

Any help would be much appreciated.
